does anyone have the actual artist/track listing (and possibly track times) off Lorin Bassnectar's FREAKBEATS FOR THE BEATFREAKS cd? I'm talking, like, an actual official list off the back of the cd case, not just guesses!

Now, if these albums I have burned were to be re-released the albums, I would be happy to buy a copy, maybe even a little excited.. And I have bought every Bassnectar Album I have seen for sale.. As far as the tracklistings go, I was refering more to searching for them on the internet.. I have seen places that used to carry Bassnectar Gardens, And Beatfreaks, but didn't have a tracklisting available..
The conversation about the track our friend here had previously brought up, that is supposedly on Freakbeats, is not on my burned copy, so I am beginning to wonder what album it is that I am in posession of.. And also has me kinda curious as to how many mix CD's you have put out.. -

Wed, November 23, 2005 - 11:55 AMjeebus kristos, Lo, how many years have I been harassing you to put dreamtempo and bassnectar gardens on CD? there is obviously public demand for them (and the rest) and all nostalgia aside, they are great listens with some really clever mixing and magic moments.
Bugs, LOVE the way you meant to type (I'm Assuming here) Stone Age, and yet you typed stoneage, which for many of us could apply as well :-)
I'll try to work up a tracklist of beatfreaks and beatfreak bohemia, I know all the tracks by name, but I forget the order.....

man, with a mix CD the whole thing is a SCANDAL at this point if you ask me...i do not push those at all, dont like to put any energy to them. its not my music to sell, and i am focusing all my energy on my own productions and collaborations.
alli know is that any copies i produced had tracklistings, and i dont even own the CDs i mixed a tthis point, as its all so old to me (freakbeats was 2001) and the CDs have long since scratched, or detiriorated...i still have some...but the tune migh be labeled "FAT FUCKING ETHNIC BREAKS" or something.
which is whack, since DJing *should* be about promoting other people's music, right?
so i am sorry i cannot provide more info, Dan, as i have told you in email and a personal message, the way i have that labelled is simply: OVERDRIVE.

Wed, November 23, 2005 - 12:11 PMI would have to agree with you, I don't have my previous mixes in my posession either, but I do hold other DJ's mix Cds in higher regard than my own.. As a Dj I can appreciate the work put into them, to me, it's more about the actual mixing of two tracks that I like to listen to more than the tracks themselves.. Mix CDs are a great way to promote other artist's music, and your own also.. As far as being a scandal, that's too true brotha.. I personally have a hard time charging more than 5 bucks for mix CD.. I think they should be freely distributed..
On the flip side of the coin, most mix CDs I have bought are worth more than their weight in gold compared to A LOT of LPs that I have bought, no filler all slamming tracks, for the most part.. A mix Cd can speak novels about a Dj, and they are a great way to get your name out.. Anyway, I have too many points I want to get out, I should quit now..

2.) 2 Kool 4 skool (bassnectar remix?) originally uberzone
3.) ??? (I call it WOAH)
4.) Mr Oizo - Flat Beat I think
and the black coffee one is a remix,, dont know what... thats all i managed to name after about a year of trying.... now im happy with track XZY
