So I caught wind a while back that there might be a polka-infused break beat delicacy coming our way from the busy bee of bass himself. Any word on its estimated arrival?
My ears are hankering for some accordion riffs!

Re: Polka, Polka
Tue, April 22, 2008 - 8:46 PMthis is all news to me. my father was a polka singer and i grew up with this stuff. he's since passed on but it would be the absolute bomb if someone did a remix! he was rather interesting and did some strange things for the genre ( like a song about the box- (coffin) and some other interesting stuff. not sure how he got away with some of it with the traditional polka crowd, he also did the traditional polka stuff with some in polish....his name was ed podolak (and the polka cats)....not too long ago i found a version online of him doing a johnny cash song....i'd also love to hear what else is out there if ya'll could point me in a few directions! peace -
