So much to catch up on, to start off, some exciting new festival dates have been announced, most recently Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits! We are cross eyed with delight for those, but can't barely even think of it yet cuz May is comes first. Gotta make it through May

We have a full on month ahead, all wrapped up around the new single Art of Revolution....so where to begin:

1. NEW WEBSITE!
www.bassnectar.net has received a face lift...it has been in live testing for the past 2 weeks, and is about halfway home in terms of the back end networking which Darling Daysha is developing as i type this. (THANK YOU DAYSHA!!!!) But the site is rad, there are lots of little nooks and corridors, and lots of streamable and downloadable music.

Also there is a new digital music store (you can buy AOR before its even "out") that will begin being stocked with Amorphous Music in the coming months.

Perhaps most exciting is that this little doozy of a site can kind of merge all the different online networks (myspace, facebook, etc etc) and we are looking to build a community on the site, so please stop by leave a comment, and say whats up. It is SUPER DUPER KEY that you sign up on the email list, because a lot of the new music is going to be released direct on the site, through direct email blasts, no spam of course, TOTAL RESPECT, but we wanna be in complete touch with YOU.

2. NEW FREE MUSIC!
Decided to drop the Superstylin' bootleg, cuz you know you love it and since it is mashing up the AOR instrumental, it just seemed fitting.

Plus it seemed like a nice bonus for the email list, and since the email list is going to be a direct channel for future music, it works really well....

5. Daysha wants me to tell you iPhone APP is on its way. As i do not have an iPhone, and i will never unless they allow proper texting functions (end rant) i am delighted to be on this additional piece of 21st century real estate.

This is the Virtual Villa, and we are swinging from the vines and archways while sober people try and talk sense into us...telling us if we promise to come down and put our clothes back on they won't press charges.

But it's too late...we are screaming VIVA LA VIRTUAL VILLA in some whack combination of spanglish ebonics and pseudo mock patwa...and we cant even spell patwah, much less speak in it, so hopefully typing will do the trick.
